P&E AUTOMATION's Technology Saves Energy for ChevronTexaco Energy Conservation and Savings Measure.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 2003--P&E AUTOMATION Inc., a
year-old technology company in downtown San Diego, announces that their web-hosted EnergyConsole energy reporting application is included as part of a large ChevronTexaco Energy Conservation and Savings Measure.

ChevronTexaco has a performance-based energy management contract at the customer's site, and is utilizing the EnergyConsole software to improve energy savings, pre-empt equipment failures, and reduce operating costs.

The EnergyConsole is a hosted industrial reporting/analysis application. It provides Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), and other facility managers a personalized tool to improve operations and energy usage/savings across diverse facilities and projects.
