DAVID OLSON, P..E.
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Dave Olson’s career has been dedicated to energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy technologies and markets. Prior to joining P&E AUTOMATION, he was a Managing Parther of Tersus Energy Plc when Tersus Energy was a minority shareholder in P&E.

Previously, he was a founding executive and Director of Energy Services for AES/NewEnergy. AES/New Energy was a pioneer in de-regulated retail electricity markets and was the largest de-regulated electricity service provider in the United States during Mr. Olson’s tenure.

Mr. Olson was also Vice-President for Business Development for EPRIsolutions, a subsidiary of The Electrical Power Research Institute (EPRI). Prior, he spent fifteen years in the Automation and Controls Group of Honeywell, Int’l, including creation and development of Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) programs, systems, services and solutions for federal markets.

Mr. Olson holds a BS in Architectural Engineering and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.. Dave is a licensed Professional Engineer and is active in numerous industry related trade associations.
